    I have Vinca growing on the banks around my yard, and it is really looking good this year. Itt is blooming and the flowers are good sized too. It needs some water, but will survive even if you don't water it much. A great pland for the Julian, Calif. area. It also looks well with my purple Irises which I have just transplanted so they are along my white painted fence. They should look great too when they start to bloom. Gophers don't seem to like the, either, which is good in my rural area.
